In this work we honor Black lullabies as a spirit. She is a conduit of care, creativity, and cultural memory. It is through the gateway of melodic sound that caregivers honor the ways Black voices cradle, comfort, and hold those who are beginning again , and those who are dying.

On Febrary 19, 2026 join us at The MET for a workshop w/ special facilitator Ladi Zu the Music Healer, in Listening for Lullabies, a reflective workshop exploring the songs hidden in our own words.
